Project Rockford is a whitelisted ER:LC community built around the state of Illinois. Real departments, real training, staff who show up. If you want to spawn a cruiser and cause chaos for ten minutes, this isn't your server. If you want to actually run one, it is.

Civilian, LEO, fire, or EMS — pick one and submit the application for it. Staff read these by hand, so answer like you mean it.
Once you're in, link your Roblox account, grab your department loadout, and show up for your first shift in Rockford.
Matthew owns and runs Project Rockford day to day — server rules, department structure, and the final call on who gets whitelisted. If an application's stuck in review or something's broken in the server, staff loop him in directly.

Random death-matching or vehicle-ramming without RP justification is an instant report.
Disagree in a ticket, not in the moment. Arguing with staff mid-scene makes it worse.
OOC talk belongs in OOC chat. Keep the radio and in-game chat in-character.
Any client-side advantage gets you removed from the whitelist on sight.
